All I see your guy scratch from the lineup tonight I saw a Hamilton out with tightness in the hamstring how can professional athletes always have issues

Most nights a baseball player does not even work up a sweat

Most games of any sport

Pitching is the most anatomically challenging movement in sports. Terrible on the rotator cuff and shoulder muscles - the body isn't meant to do it. Over enough time, every pitcher will end up requiring surgery.

Guys were too specialized growing up playing only baseball and not well rounded all round athletes like they uses to be.

Over used muscles in sport specific ways by the time they are mid 20's

The only difference between now and then is that players are worth so much more money and the contracts are guaranteed so the owners take absolutely no chances.
