Losing the spark and interest of many who are forgetting about it. A lot were in the rhythm and now are now caught up in other things like Baseball, Summer weather, Bachelorette etc. I know I have lost interest and I will probably not watch it unless I bet.

One of the greatest players of all time (top 3 for sure) VS one of the greatest teams of all time (top 10, maybe top 5)Comment -

#9You guys are novice. Let me enlighten yall some. Phillipino hoops starts in a few hours. And if that isn't enough for u then Greece hoops comes up. And if your thirst isn't quenched, then play some French baskets.Comment -

#10I lost interest. To make up for it NBA should schedule double header finals. An early afternoon game followed by a night game the same day.Comment -

#11I guess it is all about the tv ad revenue and the programming. But, sooner or later I would have had to make the transition to baseball.
All jokes aside, I don't think either team will shoot well.Comment -

#15If it was a less appealing matchup maybe. But given all the lively debate about who will win this series, I would say no.Comment -

This is only playoff series that you have 2 legit title contenders..
we have pretty much known it would be these 2 teams since the season started.
Its just taken forever for this matchup to get here.
But i agree with OP it just doesnt feel like basketball weather outside i have kinda gotten into the swing of summer and baseball
Basketball should start its playoffs in February IMOComment -

I agree with you 100%! Baseball should be done in September - get hockey done in March - there is no reason to have any basketball past April 15 - Oh, and then the insanity of having football in cold climates in January. Football needs to be done in November!Comment -

lol.. no, all the the LeBron fans are still there..as well as all the haters..
what can you do..? they had to pick a TV schedule.. and they just assumed
that the Conf. Finals would go 7 games.. or at least one of them..

#20can't believe still 2 days to wait. League just making sure Lebron and Klay can get healthy hence the reason the date wasn't moved up. Hopefully this never happens again.Comment -

#25It seriously does. I have futures bets open but I might actually sit this game 1 out and just WATCH the game tonight to see how it shapes up.
When's the last time you actually sat on the sidelines for a BIG game and didn't bet? It almost seems silly to me...Comment -

As an NCAA hoops guy, you know that sometimes the best plays are the ones with the fewest number of prying eyes. With all the attention and money coming in, I find big games are often not worth betting on. I feel as if I am forcing action sometimes when I do.
I find that you have more edge betting Arkansas Little Rock @ TroyComment -

#28Lost interest and moved on to MLB a looong time ago.
NBA Playoffs this year has been terrible with all the sweeps and short series. I usually try to watch every game, I don't even bother with it this year, and I'm a huge NBA guy, so there's that.Comment -

#29I agree with school easy nba playoffs have been terrible and nba right now in general is terrible compared to the 90s I mean Let's face it this cavs team would be a 6 th seed in the 90s,but god damn look at there opponents round one celtics were terrible wouldn't even be in the playoffs if the east was any good round two a banged up bulls team round 3an overrated hawks team that one 60 games lol because they beat all the bad teams that hawks team in the 90s wouldn't even have sniffed the playoffs. The hawks tea of mookie belay lock, steve smith, dikembe, barely sniffed the playoffs in the 90s that team would beat this years 60 win team see my point.Comment
