Really all the dogs under +200 today have a realistic shot, it's just a matter of figuring out which ones have the best shot. Lafayette for me because of the Rice marathon last night is the best option to me. Not 100% sure who Rice is going to start, but their top bullpen options all worked heavy innings yesterday. If Lafayette can actually get up early, I think they have a real good shot. Even if they don't, they have that f-ing magic so far in this Region. I'd probably take them both games if they have to play two today. I just don't know what options Rice will have if they play a 2nd game. Probably have to bring back their Friday starter for a few innings and hope some of the bullpen arms can give them a few innings each.
VCU and Charleston probably the next best tries and I'd give VCU the edge over trying Charleston probably because they get a little bit better match-up, I think.Comment -

That game I think is/was going to be close all the way. VCU righted the ship by not giving up another huge inning. If they can pull even going into the late innings or get a lead then all the pressure is on DBU.
Rice went with Stephens who had a shortened outing, so he's going to give them probably 5-6 innings or more. That will make that Lafayette-Rice game really tight I bet.Comment -
