Atlanta Hawks vs Cleveland Cavaliers Game 4 Thread
    Who are you guys bettting?

Remember, Irving is out. He will be wearing a navy blue suit.

Hawks are desperate but backs against the wall here.

    Stadium is in Cleveland

    Tip at 8:30pm Eastern Time

Lebron could be fatigued and thus supporting cast needs to step up

Over is the sharp bet while majority are on under as my early reports from Vegas indicate

I don't see any scenario possible where Atlanta wins this game.

I wouldn't be surprised if the camera was repeatedly showing Lebron's mom, wife, and kids throughout the game. Delonte West, possibly, too.

This is what he came home for, to get his hometown team back to the finals.

Lebron James will have a low key game here i believe after last game. He will be the facilitator.

I believe the main man this game for the Cavs will be Tristan Thompson.

Also, my updated reports indicate that Varejao will officially not be playing Tuesday.

What about Kevin Love or Boobie Gibson? Any chance they lace them up?

They are both listed as OUT. Kevin Love is more concerned with catching up on the Game of Thrones series than the Cavs-Hawks series. My inside sources indicate that Lakers will pick him up in the free agency.

Hawks all day. They will be fired up after the Horford ejection last game. Lebron is gassed and his little army is due for a letdown. This series will go at least 6

Game 3 was very exhausting, it was a high pace game. Lebrown looked very tired after the game, I agree that he could be fatigued.

Irving is "a game time decision" tonight according to David Blatt, not OUT.

The team has since said it's up to doctors and not Irving as to when he returns, but Blatt has also made clear the importance of Irving coming back as soon as he is ready, regardless of the Cavs' control of the conference finals.
"We need Kyrie on the court, and we're not really thinking about resting him as much as we're thinking about him being healthy to play basketball," Blatt said. "We need him on the court, whether we're up 1‑0 or 2‑1 or 3‑0. That doesn't really mean anything because this is the Conference Finals. There's not a lot of time, and there's not a lot of room for error."
Blatt said players weren't frustrated with Irving, just "anxious for him to come back, yes, because he's an important part of this team.
"I think it's more hopeful, hope than frustration‑‑ or anxiousness, let's put it that way. That's a better word," Blatt said.

Personally, I think they'd be ignorant to play him tonight, but this guy started Mike Miller in the first Bulls game, so he might play tonight!

                                No way =

"When you want to win, you've got to sacrifice your body feeling good," James said Monday, following the Cavs' light workout and film session. James was wearing sandals, which spoke to his level of on-court work Monday after the game-high 47 minutes he logged Sunday.
"I've been fortunate enough to play until May a lot lately the last few years, and my body has sacrificed feeling good. That's just what it's about."
As James spoke, Kyrie Irving was grinding through a full basketball workout, mixing shooting and isolation dribbling drills with defensive work. It was his third such workout in as many days.

Expect Cavaliers to get off to much better start than Sunday with chance to sweep and get some rest, and for the Hawks to start rather lethargic after leaving everything on the floor yet still falling behind 0-3. However, Atlanta has outscored Cleveland down the stretch every game, although in the first two games the reason was Cavaliers coasting with big leads. Still, Cleveland is a bigger favorite this time, so replay could lead to a backdoor.

Think same except I expect Cavaliers to not leave anything to chance and rather blowout the Hawks in the 2H. I also think Hawks could fold up and take out starters if Cavaliers open up a huge lead in the 3Q.

And if that happens, no harm in playing First Half and going to bed.

"at least" 6? As in there's a chance this goes 7?

Dude was dead tired after game 4 against the Bulls and followed up with his best performance of the playoffs 2 days later. Means nothing.

They were UNDERDOGS the first two games, so coasting home had no impact spread-wise. Different tonight giving 7.5.
