#30I looked it up and to qualify as a leader in free throw shooting you have to attempt 1200 career free throws. Rauf shot 1161 overall, so just short of the qualifying mark. He finished his career with a 90.5% free-throw percentage, which according the the table posted above, would have made him #1 of all time.
