Odds move from -135 to +105. Have they moved up or down?
I would have thought up because the amount paid out per dollar bet has gone up... ie: the odds of the pick winning are higher. If the odds of the selection winning had gone down we would be paid out less. Well that's my logic. But I already know most Americans will call it moving down. But Why????
