Cavs are guaranteed to make the NBA Finals, its a lock. NBA will ensure this happens. They do not want the Hawks anywhere near the finals, especially with two non-national brands guaranteed to be the Western Conference rep in the finals.

NBA will go hands-off with Golden State/Houston, at least for the first few games to get a handle on how the two teams are received. If they feel like one team would be more preferable than the other, the rig will kick in. But not until Game 5. First 4 games will be hands off.

As I have said, the Clippers-Spurs winner is your NBA champ. Golden State just doesn't have the appeal that the Spurs or Lakers have. Spurs and their dynasty, and LA Clippers with their stars and market. This will be a close series, but the outcome will not be in doubt.
