I think you're right.... Willie Cauley Stein is older and big and will have an immediate impact, as he can guard any NBA position. Mostly big guys making immediate impact in NBA.

My exception is Emmanuel Muddiay, he is a point guard but has been playing a full year in China with pros. He will be very good and is ready now but will grow even more.
