Wow. I missed that. That should have absolutely been a technical. He not only clearly asked for the TO, he went like 5 feet out into the court during the play. They would have been absolutely in the right to blow that whistle. And it would have given the Bulls a FT and the ball. Bulls almost certainly would have won.
