He probably won't win because he plays on a losing team but is there a better player in the league no one talks about than Paul Goldschmidt?

          Josh Donaldson ?

harper has a shot, but the ass bags on his team will need to pick it up. Can forget about Rendon. He's cooked

i agree, Harper will win it. His team will be in the playoffs too.

                  NL MVP voting:

                  1. Bryce Harper
                  2. Adrian Gonzalez
                  3. Paul Goldschmidt
                  4. Anthony Rizzo
                  5. Darryl Strawberry

Same people were decreeing Upton as the MVP last year. Common, stealthy. I thought this was a Big Bear thread when I saw the headline.

Nino you might've just said I'd fukk my mother on Sunday. Unreal.

With rendon out and werth and Zimmerman struggling, he'll lift the offense. Nats won't dominate like all the four letters analysts predicted

Since Barry Bonds there hasnt been anywhere close to his level of play

Bryce Harper isn't half as good as Bonds was but todays MLB is full of mediocre talent

So you think of all the major league players Harper is the Closest to Bonds level?

There are literally over two dozen more productive players than Harper the last few years

Guy has one great week and he is the best MLB has to offer?

Go look at some Miggy Cabrera stats buddy

Harper just swings for a home runs on every pitch a very very ineffective player

You sure about that? I've seen him attempt to lay a few bunts for hits down. Though his speed has somewhat diminished a bit due to bulking up.

I wouldn't want him on my team he is a mechanical hitter and those type guys go into more slumps than most players with good swings

Archie gets it. Guy is going to hit about .270. Hard to win MVP with that. I'd take Altuve's future over Harper's.
