correct me if im wrong but last week i was commenting bout i couldnt believe how a line had moved, nowhere in my post did i suggest that meant anything more than i got a bad price.

yet you come swooping in to inform me that line moves dont effect outcomes, something im sure you stole from somewhere and i really dont need to be told.

now today line moves are in fact indicators of outcome? why? because of 1 gm? there 15 gms a day and inevitably the line moves on the majority of them. some the move will be correct, others it wont.

Line movement definitely matters, most people just read it wrong

line movement matters to some extent, but more importantly it's about getting the best price possible - no way the majority of people at SBR (absolutely including myself) are going to determine which line movement is indicative of a specific game result and which is just a faux move.

Spend more time looking at what games you want to play and getting the best line possible so you are not giving away unnecessary cents over the course of 100s of games and you are more likely to come out in a better spot at the end of the year.
