Liked the Brewers over LA today period. Not my favorite play of the day but early action junky play. Believe Fiers will settle in and start to come to form like he was last year. Similar to a pretty good outing by Peralta yesterday. As well as the Brewers bats have been coming alive. Fires has been good against the Dodgers in his last 3 while Frias struggled in relief against the Brewers in his appearances.

Ok now that is logical reasoning. I went the other side because Fiers has been rocked in both his home starts this year. Frias has given up 5 runs in 6 lifetime innings, but 3 of those came in one 1 inning appearance. I like the way he is throwing now.

when gomes went down i mostly ran far away. did play carrasco the other night. +125 was too good a price on that good a pitcher..

Yeah gomes a big part of that team... but damn, Ive bet for them, against them, over the total, under the total, 0-8 all together. Last year I was spot on them basically all year, was by far the team that made me the most. Can't get a grip on them this year at all. Kluber has single handedly killed me, he doesnt look the same at all. Control is off, cant throw the curve for a strike, and thats his best pitch.

Tribe rotation is one of the best in baseball, but they are young and inconsistant. Kluber, Carrasco, Bauer, Salazar as good of a top 4 as anyone other than Washington. Should be by the end of the year anyways.

not saying that gomes should have screwed it all up so bad, just saying when it happened i thought it was gonna be much harder to get any kind of feel for tribe as more than numbers he handles the staff and i think is a driving force in the clubhouse..doubt many ppl would be having a lot of success playing a large number of tribe gms up to this point in the season..

kluber is a interesting case. i honestly dont see a lot of difference in him other than the fact he getting hit. i was listening to the baseball tonight podcast today and buster made a good point about guys jumping on him early this year, realizing once he ahead in count the hitter at a big disadvantage. guys are raking off him on 1st pitches, i think it may be as simple as him adjusting and going off the plate early in the count instead of trying to get ahead by locating a strike.

i do think tribe will start to get it going a little more offensively but for most part im looking for nice odds on corrasco and not much more right now..
