Anyone that's watched this series knows that Houston is just playing around with Dallas. They haven't taken them seriously for a minute. This game is going to be a massacre. Dallas is the worst defensive team I've ever seen make it to the playoffs. Their best defender is Aminu and I feel bad for him tonight because Harden is not going to play around anymore. This series will 100% end tonight. With JJ Barea being effective, I expect McHale to use a smaller lineup tonight with Corey Brewer Harden Ariza Howard and Josh Smith all in the game at the same time, with Brewer on Barea if Terry or Prigioni struggle to guard. That forces Barea and Ellis to have to guard two of those guys and that's not going to happen.
Rick Carlisle has no idea what he's doing. This has got to be the worst coaching performance I've ever seen from a championship coach. It took this guy days to figure out to start Aminu. Seriously, how dumb can you be. Aminu is a proven defender in the nba. Durant at one point called him the best 1 on 1 defender in basketball. And you're starting Raymond Felton and Richard Jefferson on 2 separate occasions on James Harden? What a fool.
Ariza will be locked in on Ellis tonight, and expct Howard to draw a lot of fouls around the rim. Complaining about the refs won't save the Mavs anymore.
