Completely depends on the outcome.

This was a no brainer for the Rangers. Owing a guy $7 mill over 3 years is basically free.

Especially a guy with a career avg just a tad under .300 who's going to give you 10-20 homeruns no matter what happens. Which is more than any of the current outfielders will produce.

Guys like Niño simply don't get that....because they don't understand baseball.
