    5dimes support is so full of shit
    Was assured by Jonelle of the *********** department that my prepaid ******** ********** would work for a deposit. So I drive to the store, I load money onto my card at a fee, and I drive back to my house. I attempt to deposit, and low and behold my card is rejected. And to top top it, now my account is suspended. haha, thanks Jonelle! You're full of shit

    Can't win em all, is it an option on their rules, their processor is ancient. Why not just use C. C , good enough imo.

      Why not just use moneyg?? It is still accepted easily and you don't have to fax in any information when taking the payout.


      Also, did you actually call them or was all of this on chat. I never use the chat feature, I just give them a call and always get the right information

        larger fee... its cool though. this isnt the first time Ive had issues with them. Took them 4 days to send me my MGram pick up info last time I cashed out, after I was assured and promised 24-48 hrs MAX. When I asked what happened, they were extemely rude, and said that my info was ready in 48 hrs but it took them 96 hrs to send me the info. LOL. I asked since they took twice as long as promised to get this done, if I could be refunded the cashout fee... this is when the rudeness went to another level, and bascially said it was my fault that they took 4 days to send an email that took 30 seconds to write

          What prepaid? A lot of them will reject it if you try to put the exact amount on the card because of the international fees and transaction fees. Always try a couple dollars less than what you have

            I checked with live customer service prior to making any purchase onto my card because I wanted to be sure it would work. I was assured my card would work by Jonelle before I even left the house to load my card. I asked about any fees, and she assured me that the only fees would be any transaction fees associated with my card. She did not mention any international fees whatsoever, only to make sure my card accepted international transactions (which is does).

              not to mention it took a 30 minute conversation for her to tell me my card would work. I swear half their support team cant speak english

                If international purchases is allowed it should definitely work. If you have $200 on it maybe try to deposit $197 or something. I know g-dot vanilla and netspendd work on 5Dimes

                        I sympathize with Stax on this one. First of all customer service is about a C-. I contact customer service via CHAT nearly 100% of the time. 5D's chat specialists must have 5-6 other logs open while dealing with yours. They need approval on almost anything you ask for. Are they paying them with a couple of burritos or tacos? Certainly not paying them with steak dinners. Not only they need approval.... but it takes 20 minutes of your time for a damn answer.

                        Furthermore, I've been in a situation like Stax in regards to the reload cards etc. Whether it's Vanilla... or international... customer service always screws up or leaves out critical information that holds up your deposit. I remember one situation in which I wanted to do a quick 500 deposit using vanilla... (this is back a few moths ago). I told the rep... what's the fastest thing I can get credited in about an hour? She said... Vanilla reload. I get the damn card... give them the numbers... and a different REP gets my chat log this time.... and says... Ok sir.. this will be deposited about 1 week from now. I said WTF!!?!?!?!? I was just told it would be deposited in an hour. That's why I did it!!! She goes sorry to inform you sir... we are backed logged with vanilla. It will be about one week.

                        As you clearly see... NOBODY KNOWS WTF THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT AT 5D anymore. So let's put the story together as to why this is happening constantly?

                        1. 5D is taking in so much money... that the quality of customer service just isn't there? (Not enough support.)

                        2. 5D doesn't pay their customer reps a damn lick. Therefore, poor support.

                        3. 5D doesn't care about customer support because there book is on TILT?

                        You use your own judgement. I'm not putting in one more dollar in that book again.
