Forget which NFL reporter tweeted it, but apparent Tebow has spent the last month with the QB coach for Philly and that's why they chose to sign him now vs. before. So apparently he has at least show some inclination to learning or fitting the scheme. \

No details on money, but why the fukk would anyone give a 3rd/4th string QB guaranteed money? I would guess most of the money is contingent on him making the roster.

He's a good situational player, he comes dirt cheap so Tebow isn't going to ding the salary cap.
I have no problem with the signing.

If Adam Gase and Mike McCoy knew how to use Tebow, I'm sure Kelly knows how to use him too.

Philly people as in fans JJ? I'm sure the Iggles defense and receiving core are holding their breathe hoping this doesn't work out. I actually hope he gets plugged in at starter and goes half the season at least but this time without the lucky breaks with scheduling bad teams and backups which made him and Denver's defense seem better than they were.

If he plays like shit for 58 minutes this time around vs tougher competition he won't last 2 weeks in Philly though and the Tebow era will officially be over. Hes a great guy and maybe even leader in some regards but his skill set is unique but just not suited for nfl bottom line.

I also heard during his workouts Philly assistant coaches said his mechanics are terrible. So I guess nothing's changed in that regard.
