C'mon guys these guys just cut out the carbs and train hard. LeBron lost 25 plus pounds when he was already in single digit bodyfat and became less explosive and started playing like crap. Then he takes extended time off comes back 20 pounds heavier and is more explosive. Never gets hurt except from cramps, head grew three sizes since 18 years old, and put on 50 pounds of muscle.

yep, it's been well known for years that he goes to the same clinic in Miami that A-Rod went to. in fact, these clinics are literally everywhere now in Miami. he's going to be in real trouble come next season and his body will break down even faster this time.

There are a number of serious questions regarding the testing protocol. As someone with over 20 years of real world experience with athletic training and supplementation at a high level I can absolutely say they are going the wrong direction here. HGh is probably the only substance they should be trying to protect not eliminate. There exist a myriad of evidence that HGH is moderate dosages will benefit you far more than any possible side effects.. The naysayers like to point out the few studies that might indicate HGH firing dormant cancer cells that would be activated irregardless.
