This is my baseball Game of the week at -129. The internet casinos have options which I am not familiar with. One bet option says "action" and the other option list the pitcher's name. Can someone explain this...something to do with pitcher change I am guessing? Mariners are loaded but stats aren't available early on but still it's a good pick todayIMHO

Listed means your bet only has action if the listed starters when your bet is made actually start the game. Action means that your bet has action regardless of who starts the game.

So yes has to do with late pitching changes.
