Mandatory installed at every gate in every stadium now.

Going to a game now, have to go through airport security.

Ridiculous IMO.

Sort of like after the Bruins game 2 weeks ago, or was it the Celtics. Rememeber they had a fight in the stands they get tossed out and somebody gets shot???? Outside of course.

Went to Houston rodeo and noticed same thing...funny thing is they make you hold all your items and lift your arms and walk through, of course the alarm goes off bc all your shit in your hand, then you walk on in, no pat down etc...it's just a show, if you're carrying concealed(legally of course) and can raise your arms without printing, you are good to go...detectors are only there to make the sheeple feel at ease..

^ I should add that carrying at a pro sporting event is not legal anyway in most/all states...so detectors at those events may be more effective than at rodeo

I know Citi field uses the wand metal detectors. Not sure about Yankee Stadium, I've been blacked out drunk everytime I'm there.
