Jay Vegas39 is correct those are specific player props. I play at betdsi, and have the same problem when using my tablet. If I want to play those props I use my iPhone and it will show the specific player. Same thing happens when doing NFL props.

Not sure if I understand your question. If you talking about live in game I have seen it is frozen until a commercial break, or until the end of a period.
