I liked the original setups on both and they think that tweaking the setup will make their site more appealing. It's not working. It just confuses people. Don't like it.

Totally agree on espn. I thought I had clicked wrong link at first.

Oh well...guess I'll get used to it. So far I hate it though.

truthfully. You're on the home page and it requests your favorite sports teams on the left hand side? I hate it!!! The only way that I can navigate through this site is to focus on the top in which it displays the particular sport that I'm looking for. I loved ESPN and they ruined it. I think that they want people to become members and sign in. Don't have time for that crap. They should allow a new and old option.

I would love to hear all the internal bullshit the team in charge of this at ESPN is telling themselves.

It is genuinely awful. Don't even know where to look for main stories…it was very easy before. 2 main areas on homepage are now "favorite" teams on the left and ads on the right. 1 story in the middle as a huge blow up picture like old site, but that is basically the only thing that matters or is viewable under the new design when you first go to website.

I mean really, just dreadful new design.

Bleacher Report is the way to go. Beats ESPN to the punch 95% o the time. You are doing yourself a disservice if you do not have the team stream app. Yahoo has been garbage for years with way too many ads. The only thing holding them up is fantasy sports.

Actually, I made myself a Facebook page with nothing but sports. I friended about 400 sports sites from individual teams, and websites. Get info now in the sports world that I wouldn't get from just going to normal sites. Just scroll down, and click on what I want to read.

                                RSS feed hasn't changed any.

Still the best way to get information in my opinion.

This happens on all new website layouts, people complain for a few weeks then people just get used to it.

                                      Man this is so true.

Sometimes they leave a link up for a while to the old format, but the answer is just get used to it, or find a replacement. Some of the people that ESPN loses will likely come back eventually. They know this.
