i was in the casino on laundry day and i reached into my newly washed slacks and found a random amount of 20 grand in the pocket. its always nice finding loose change like that when you aren't expecting. i threw it on michigan st for kicks.

At this point, he could hedge by betting SU against MI ST, and guarantee that no matter what he'll either be up tens of thousands if they don't win, or be up hundreds of thousands if they do verse a 1 mil or nothing scenario. If nothing else, you always hedge in this case to insure that you'll at least get your $20K back.

Friend told me there is a glass cage with the ticket in it and a security guard in front of The D. Guy is smart. Was all over ESPN and major news outlets. Not to mention he had to hedge on Duke ML. I'm sure he's going to make high 5 figures/into the 6 figures when it's done.

Just because its smart to hedge doesn't mean he did. I'd hope he's rich only way to explain throwing away 20k on a future to win it all before the season.
