College basketball is amazing. There is a lot to be improved upon though. NBA is partly responsible as they need to change the 1 and done to AT LEAST a 2 and done. This would help both sports, as NBA is currently trash, and to me NBA is unwatchable. This would add to the development of college players, would help the casual fans like you learn the top players' names better, and would add more talent into the NBA.

I also think the college shot clock needs to be reduced to 30 seconds at most. This is completely reasonable since NBA, international and women's all have shorter clocks than NCAAB men's.

Finally, I think additional fouls need to be added. Whether it be up from 5 to 6 or 7 personals, or adding more team fouls in OT, it would help the game.

The timeouts to me aren't a big deal. NFL rules all, yet it has less actual playing time than any other major sport (baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer).

Forcing players to stay longer in college only benefits college basketball. Not the NBA or players themselves. You really going to tell me beating up on a bunch of bums for 3/4 of 30 games a season is better development for the next level than being surrounded by, training with and going against the best players and coaches in the world for the entire year? And if you find out the guy isn't ready...that's what the developmental league is for. At least the dude has still made some money and has something in case of injury.

PS- Adding more fouls is an awful idea.
