yeah bookmaker canceled my bet.. i had this game circled all weekend too..

But look at the wording on the site. Also it doesn't say anywhere o/u need to go the full 90. It only mentions Asian lines need to go the full 90. I didn't bet on an asian line...

I just had a very long conversation with LISA from 5D. Requested the "highest management" and was denied. I have wagered $6,000 and 100 plays at $100+ in 22 days with them. I let her know Heritage, Be365, William H, Youwager, Bovado all paid out on this OVER.

I fought her very respectfully, told her that the AUS league considered this game a FULLY PLAYED GAME (it was officially stated on screen and by ref) and we WON this wager before halftime.....it took 8 hours to grade it at 10:01AM AS A WINNER, then at 11:15 it was reversed as no action.

I explained to her and she tried to show me the soccer rules link. I laughed at her and told her i memorized it long before i signed on. The game was not considered SUSPENDED NOR RESCHEDULED, all points counted in the league, and because we were PAST the 80' mark, the league called for the game to be considered a FULLY PLAYED GAME.

Shame on you 5D, when the other books all paid out for this. I let her know that i would be withdrawing and $100,000/yearly player with them would be out over ONE bet...There has been WRONGFULLY graded games TWICE in 22 days, but i didn't even go to management as they were a .5u and a 1u play.

I saved our conversation, offered then denied upper management request, and further gave every sportsbook and reason why this was unfairly graded.

5D is it worth 1 bet to lose a player that wagers 6 figures a year?

Guess so for them. 8 hours to grade it, then reverse it on us?

SHAME ON 5D...I am the type that will absolutely drop a book after hundreds of plays for one play that won't even be considered by management. Clearly after 8 hours reviewing it, and accepting it as a win they DID payout after review. For whatever reason, it was reversed over an hour later. This is disheartening in every way possible. The game was OVER 80' in. It was GRADED by the LEAGUE a fully played penetrating game.. They state "....cancelled action if there is possibility of the game to be affected"....in which case...pretty sure I could only have been affected by winning...MORE...and winning so early on?

COME ON

Hope that was worth $100k+ of play over 9 months, 5D. I really liked you guys before that chat i just had. It was rude, it was inconsiderate, and it wasn't even looked into. My remarks were clearly very not even read and the chat girl just said the same BS over and over.

xxx: Match was 2-1 After 80' of game play. AUS league even called it a full game, but according to your rules, on top of that fact, betting stands if market result has already happened. I won that game on a totals bet, 2-1, and the market result was clearly made WELL early into the game, even though that is irrelevant.
