what odds would you give this bet
Everyone knows a perfect bracket is virtually impossible. If you were a bookie - what odds would you offer on someone to get a perfect bracket when you are spotted the round of 32? In other words, take out the first weekend. Every person at your book gets to select a new bracket after the first round of games, so when the field has been reduced to 32 teams.

    50:1?

I'm confused at your question as well, but i would think the odds would be ridiculous high.

i think he means a bookie to just one random guy to pick 31 straight ml winners, the odds would be through the roof

would be monster odds.....50/1 is no where near, you would get bigger than that i would imagine just getting one region correct.....
