That might be the worst trade in NFL history. Nick Foles is younger, healthier, cheaper, and better than Sam Bradford. And the Eagles gave the Rams a 2nd round pick? And swapped their 4th for a 5th this year? Chip Kelly is an idiot.

Unless he thinks he can trade Bradford to TN for Marcus Mariota (again, why would TN want a mediocre QB coming off 2 ACLs when Marcus Mariota is there) - just a bogus trade.

It reminds me of when the Grizzlies traded Pau Gasol to the Lakers for Kwame Brown. Its on that level of bad.

Keep everything in perspective, Bradford played on terrible teams, Foles did not. The only weapon Bradford had was S Jackson, no receivers whatsoever. Bradford also saw limited playing time as a result of injury, his biggest weakness. All NFL guys are big on him, just like they are on Cutler and neither lived up to the hype.

I still think in the right situation Bradford can excel but that goes for all players. Nobody can win in this league by themselves.

All these guys see are wins. They all probably think Trent Dilferd was one of the best QB in history. Here u have Bradford who had an awful defense which is huge road block for a QB and nothing on offense, and somehow he is supposed to shine. I go back to the Mcnab draft all the time. U got Tim Couch going to an awful defense and he is gone. U got Achilles Smith going to an awful defense and he is gone and than u get Mcnab who goes to a great defense and somehow he stays around long enuf to finally mature into a Quarterback.

Jerry learned has learned his lesson on making a bunch of big free agent signings. The Cowboys have been very steadfast in their approach with free agents. They're absolutely open to signing some of their need spots, but only at "their" set dollars. I think this is a great way of doing business.
