Will be overpaid according to the #s thrown around, so there was no way Philly would have matched. Had his career year as the top dog in an open offense. Won't be getting that in KC. His numbers will be decent, but not worthy of what he'll end up getting paid IMO.
Jordan Matthews will have better #s if both are healthy IMO. Matthews should be a solid guy in the Eagles offense after a good rookie year.
Free agent WR class only has a couple of guys who might fit if they choose to chase. Torrey Smith would be interesting, but sounds like the Niners covet him - although money can sway feelings.
Be an interesting week of moves coming up. Eagles may have to rely on the draft for help to supplement WR unless they gamble on some guys in free agency for cheap.Comment -
