What do I owe out?

I owe nothing out, except for 101,000 dollars on a 349.000 mortgage, but I'm in a position to pay it completely off or down.
I have two major CC's and I have one store CC card, my wife has three store CC cards. If you total up all the CC debt I have. maybe 3800 dollars.
I play at post up books, I own a Buick sedan, and I own my SUV outright.
