Wine: Wine is a free, open source application that works by converting the application extension.
Crossover: This is a relatively cheap program that one SBR Poster has reported works. It works similar to Wine.
Parallels: A virtual emulator can be used to run Windows. This is probably the worst of the options since it is more resource intensive and slower than the others. The other options on this list would run the application at Windows speed.

It's running a recompiled version of Windows for the ARM processors.
Your tablet has an ARM processor which will not run any Windows programs. You can compile programs with an ARM processor and they will have a ".exe" extension but will not run on a x86 machine. The same goes vice versa.
If you needed the ability to install exes then you needed to get the PRO version which use the full version of windows and is basically a laptop in tablet size.
you claimed to be an Engineer and should know little things like that

If anyone is looking to by a tablet and wants to continue to run all the Windows based shit on it, including SBR's poker soft, look into a tablet that has an ATOM processor (Intel based). I believe DELL and Asus make some of those.
Avoid anything that has ARM processor cos you'll be stuck with installing and playing with the shit strictly from their store/library.

I just asked if it runs on Surface Tablet. A simple answer would have been no. I have a laptop which runs SBR Poker. Tablet is much lighter and not bulky.

What you can do is remote connect from Surface Tablet to your laptop and play poker on your laptop.
I do this all the time when traveling...I take a Tablet with me on the road and remotely access my computer, that has all the apps and toys on it, from anywhere in the world. I never install anything important on the tablet and store all my media on the cloud for an easy access - if I lose the device, so be it.
