they took Arkansas to the woodshed and beat them to a bloody pulp.

they showed no mercy whatsoever on Arkansas.

at one point a Kentucky player was so fukkin wide open he had his choice between an easy lay up or a 3 pointer and chose to step back and drill the 3.

i remember in years past it seemed like every week was a new #1 team in the country.

this year its Kentucky in a class all by themselves.

IMO we will see a similar dominance by the Buckeyes next fall in college football.

two georgia guys in here seem to believe. i find this to be not worth it though. i know we gotta get through the conference tournaments and the big tournament, but we're talking about maybe the most dominant college team in history. i'm not betting against them for any reason.

I didn't expect the forum to jump on board. I'm a UGA/FSU homer but a grounded one. Uk is 11-5 straight up @ UGA the pAst 16 games. Uk 15-13 ats this season. UGA 8-2 as a dog. In the immortal words of JJ, covering is all that matters.

Yes I do.

2011-12 team had Lamb, Teague, Jones; all great college players. Kid-Gilchrist was really special. And Anthony Davis was the most dominant player in the country, without a doubt. This year's team does not have the most dominant player in the country, and no real standout. The twins are unreliable, the bigs are not quite dominant, they just outsize most of their comp. Booker is a stud but for some reason can't get enough pt.

2011-12 team only lost once in the reg season, by 1 @ a very good Indiana. I believe they beat them in the NCAA tourney rematch, handled louisville, and we're up millions at half in the champ game against an excellent Kansas team (I recall vividly as I went all-in on Kansas +11 or 12 at halftime and covered).

There's no real standout because the team is so good and so deep. The white squad would be in the top ten if they were their own team.

No offense to Lamb and Teague, because that was one of the greatest teams of all time, but I'd take the twins and booker come tourney time, hands down. Booker would be in player of the year talks if Cal started him. This team is gonna edge out the Fab 5 when it's over...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the fab five didn't win the title... So if you think this UK team is so good I would hope they edge out the fab five...

I have no money on this one as this is my team and I never bet on/against my teams... Goofy rule of mine but it's saved me money. I'll root for UGA and dane to cover the spread. Just adding my 2 cents...
