hey great rap and all but one thing that is absolutely false is the statement that Grandal is a good catcher.

Honestly defensively he might be one of the top 5 WORST starting catchers in baseball this season.


The biggest knock on Grandal is that he doesn't look to be a very good defender, no matter the metric used. Fangraphs gave him a negative defensive rating in 2014. He only threw out 13 percent of base-stealers. He led the National League with 12 passed balls.

@jj....this team is built to win...it might not have the names of last year but 1-8 we are very solid. To me pen is the biggest question mark but I believe the guys they are bringing in will solidify the pen

@bear...grandal was pretty bad but I felt aj was overrated....he wasn't holding anybody himself and was becoming an automatic out at the plate. I'm assuming he now will become Kershaws personal catcher but I'm not sure

.191 batting average and 3 HR's in 283 at bats.

i would bet that there are probably some posters on this forum who could do a better job than at the plate

hell.. there are several MLB pitchers who can hit better than that.

Yeah for sure man. My gear isn't that good anymore but I used to be an assistant recording engineer so I have some small idea of what I am doing.

In all fairness I got out of the business because I wasn't that good at it. But rap is a little bit easier.

Currently I'm doing my law degree and working at a law firm on the administrative side. It is a serious departure from music, but I enjoy it an will likely make a boatload more money as a result of the switch lol.

I like to cook but I think if i had to do it as a job it would get old real fast ... only b/c i would constantly be rushed and kitchens tend to be filled with a lot of drama in many of the restaurants I have worked in.

I removed myself from facebook in an effort not to incriminate myself to any employers lol.

And yeah, music used to be such a huge part of my life and now its really just a hobby, one I don't dedicate much time to at that; but it will always be something I enjoy doing.

And while I do have my foot in the door of the legal industry, I could never really work for the firm I currently work for as a lawyer soley because i have been on the admin side and thats how people know me. I would have to go somewhere else and get a fresh start if I am to be respected. I have made some good connections, but the legal industry is really just about how hard you work. I don't really want to practice law. I would love to work for the NCAA.
