If Polanco and Marte produce i dont see how the Pirates are weaker.

Ya he was great up until the break. Afterwards he should have jumped off the CN Tower. He was vomiting alot of runs second half.

i do believe this.
history says they miss the playoffs and then they are right back in the mix in 2016.
After they failed to sign Jon Lester they kinda came to the realization ... okay maybe we dont have to go for it all again this season.
They pursued Jon Lester hard and he would have been a great fit. But after that they made no real effort to fill that void in the rotation. I guess they didnt think James Shields was worth the price tag and i have to agree with that.
