Little bit of both. Including parlays. But I been killing underdogs in nba and nhl. I love the +150-200 range underdogs. I try to look for a team that has a 50/50 shot that are underdogs.

I know what you mean. I post a lot before. Took a long break now I'm back. Hence why I'm playing 20 a unit. I use to play 100 a unit. But I'm trying to keep decipline and using sports betting as a investment instead of gambling.
