Most of you saw my other thread most likely. I have a bad and growing addiction to benzos. I am headed off to a 1 month clinic and will hope to get out there well. I'm not sure if I will have access to SBR, but if I dont I wish you all the best of luck this coming month and I'll be back with a video.

Been there with oc's after a surgery. Don't take it as a joke because sometimes the stuff that have you do can be a little childish or lame. If u want to get better do exactly what they tell u to do no matter how embarrassing or infuriating it seems to you. Thy are pros and are there to make u better. Just do what they say and you will get better. Won't be easy but it will work. Just stick to the script and listen to those who have done it. They know u don't. So don't let ur mind convince U otherwise. Good luck pal you can do it

my doctor gave me xannax but also prescribed cardio exercise for anxiety.

he said as long i only take it a few times a week its not harmful.

its only harmful if you take every day and also harmful if mixed with alcohol or opiates.

yeah they work like a charm.

i just got a prescription for them.

I actually have just been taking a half of a pill as needed. on a half of a pill i can drive , function , exercise do whatever...

if i take a whole pill it makes me feel like laying around and i end up being unproductive. (which would be okay for a long flight)

I sure as hell do not want to be addicted though. I have been taking them once per day during the week and not on weekends.

Today i didn't even take one. I am about to smoke a bowl to relieve my stress instead.

However I will say that xanax works amazing for panic attacks and anxiety. But its simply like taking advil for a headache. It does not solve the root of the problem it just gives you relief from the problem.

My doctor said to keep the xanax with me at all times in case i really need it but he said to try to avoid taking it if possible and he recommended cardio exercise such as running, playing basketball, swimming, biking etc anything that gets the heart rate up. He said this will naturally release endorphins.

I think ideally the best thing i could do or someone with anxiety is to wake up early and get a nice cardio workout before I start the day so that I start the day in a good mood and everything continues to be positive from there hopefully.
