biggie, i have an elk tenderloin in my freezer. give me a new way to cook it. i normally cut venison tenderloin into fillets and wrap in bacon over charcoal grill.....

Don't cut it before. Cook that thing in the whole log, indirect heat.

Cut it after it sets a few minutes after cooking.
