Magic Johnson Doesn't Like Jim Buss Very Much

I think he has every right to speak out. Dr. Buss and Jerry West worked great together when they built Magic's squad. Jim Buss needs to let Mitch Kupchak do his job. Its going to take some years, though. I don't know if any of the upcoming free agents would be willing to jump into this situation. Might want to build the base of this club with young kids, and then bring the superstars in later. Kind of like how the Rockets did it.
