As a courtesy to the tout and so I don't lose his picks by putting him out there I've decided not to tell his name. You understand that??

I am pretty sure you are doing less of a courtesy to the tout by just releasing his picks. I was going to pay him to have the picks to my email rather than having to check multiple times for the post. I am sure the tout will have motivation to go long if he kept getting some money here and there. This will cause him to study he picks harder and the harder he studies the more he will fail with his picks making the picks worth it for faders. if not, he will just randomly select picks without studying and send it to his list just for the sake of guarantee and will probably start a new service under new name. i thought your intention was to keep the fade last long.
