One thing I've noticed in an interview with Billy Walters... the camera panned towards his computer screen. The camera wasn't really focused but it appeared that he uses some sort of device that gave him fast line movement from Vegas. Some sort of software either he made... or perhaps purchased it. To do what Billy Walters does... you need up to the second line movement... no question.
