yes.....many good recruiting classes fail so impossible to say who will be good or not

That is the first thing that Bear has said in many weeks that makes sense. Here is how it works boys and girls. A certain percentage of all the 5 star, 4 star, and 3 star players make it big. If there are 40 5 star players taken, and 20% normally make it big, that means that 8 of these guys will make it big. The difference is that teams who recruited 4,5, and 6 of these guys have a better chance of getting one or two of the successes than a team that got 1, 2, or 3. A better chance is NOT a guarantee of success. Just ask Alabama.
