Chancellor, who is regarded as one of the most physical tacklers in the NFL, is expected to be involved in one of the key matchups of the day against New England Patriots All-Pro tight endRob Gronkowski.
Chancellor is one of three members of the Seattle secondary entering the game nursing an injury. Free safety Earl Thomas suffered a separated shoulder in the NFC Championship Game two weeks ago. Cornerback Richard Sherman suffered a hyperextended left elbow in that game.
