Why would you want to see the Superbowl in a stadium?

I will be home watching on 60" TV, surround sound, leather lazy boy chair, unlimited food and beer, no one in front of me to block view and most important my own bathroom 3 feet away and when the game is over the warm comfy bed only a few steps away.
