How does one succesfully fade themselves?

I joined an SBR contest and have been shooting picks off the cuff, no research whatsoever....i'm 4-16. How does one make picks knowing that you're going to pick the opposite of those picks?

instead of actually submitting your picks, put all of them on a piece of paper, confirm with yourself that these are your absolute blowout winners...then close your eyes and count until 28...take a deep breath and immediately bet the opposite of every single pick
