Is it just me or is the site awfully slow and bugged?

For like 3 months now, I keep getting random timeouts either when browsing these forums, posting or submitting picks in the sbr book, and I have to refresh the page 2-5 times to get it work. Also, when posting I often get stupid errors like "you must type at least 3 characters" <-- Does this paragraph look like less than 3 characters to you? I have to pre-emptively ctrl+c everything I post because it's 85% likely I'll get some error. Fix that shit already, it's been going on for way too long.
