So my kid can't stand Sherman ...since my boy likes the niners and all that went down last year...

But my baby girl likes his hair ...

Saw a "Who is Richard Sherman ?" video on Sportscenter....

and gained some respect for him in that he grew up in Compton but got good grades and did well at Stanford too..(high g.p.a.)

He an awesome player who's a good trash talker...and seemed smart and considerate of kids...

doesn't seem to be all that bad a guy ...seems to me he just gets angry and amped up for games...

What does SBR think...do you like him or hate him...??

Not nearly as intelligent as he wants people to think. And the media just plays it up as well. I'm not saying he is a dumb person, but people act like he is some sort of genius.

His SAT was 990, which is a very average score (I actually think the national average is only ~1000). Without being a star football player I'm not even sure he would make it to Stanford. Oh and he majored in communications as well. Which is a joke. Obviously doesn't matter cause the guy is rich and a great football player. But the intelligence thing he portrays annoys the shit out of me.

Well, he's not the best corner in the game and I have no idea, why he still talks trash considering, he has been caught using Adderall. I'd be quiet if that happened to me. With that being said, he's probably trash talking intentionally because he knows that trash talking, is one of the tools for self-promotion, but you still have to be elite at your position first, for being also recognized for your rhetoric. He's lucky that he didn't get extremely flamed by the media and the public for his PED consumption.

Media cannot run anything negative about him and must call him intellegent in order to not seem racist. That being said l think he's good, but does benefit greatly from the excellent defense he plays on. The pass vs crabtree was 100% kaeprnick's fault on the underthrow. I felt it was a punk move doing that handshake move afterword, had there been no cameras and no helmets l would install crabtree as a -300 favorite to KICK THE SHIT out of sherman.

so in closing, he is a good player, but that single action rubbed me the wrong way.

I don't mind the guy.. seems like the only player that has been taking shots at the commish for the right reasons.

Unfortunately he's not the best CB on the NFL because he doesn't cover all over the field like a Revis, Haden, Peterson and Harris Jr.
