Yeah, I doubt they let Rollins cash in until after Wrestlemania. I heard something saying that no one has ever cashed it in at Wrestlemania. I guess they want to give the Main Event there the prestige it deserves. I can't see him doing it before Wrestlemania, unless it is an unsuccesful attempt. Hopefully Rollins cashes in the Raw after and beats Reigns and creates a sweet feud.
