A lot of truth to that. I went there so we def like to boast about it. We are a proud group and I don't think there is anything wrong with it. We love our school and we love our team.

Detroit is really coming around as a city. Upstate is beautiful in the spring and summer. By the lakes it Reminds me of Maine.

If you are into beer you can tour breweries for days there.

Its really not a bad place to visit at all. I plan on going in July for my birthday . Going to visit Ann Arbor. Spend a night at the beautiful MGM in downtown Detroit. And spend the rest of my time drinking and partying .

Hi, in the second half when the opponent shoots free throws at the student end. Two students hold up a curtain and just before the opponent shoots the ball they open the curtain to reveal a student (in diapers, drag, M shaved in their chest, etc.) . The purpose being to distract the opponent at the line.

Michigan is a great state. Both Ann Arbor and East Lansing are excellent college towns. Detroit is on the rise and has tremendous sports teams and fans and a great nightlife with bars, clubs, and three casinos. Michigan people are humble, and a mix between hard/tough east coast with southern comfort and hospitality. Detroiters work hard and are resilient. Northern Michigan is beautiful and western Michigan is like a beach town in the summer.

I'm from Michigan and I dominate NCAA hoops on this forum. Red Wings most dominant NHL dynasty. MSU possibly best football/basketball combined school in the country. Two of the last 5 WSOP Main Event winners are from Michigan. How's that for people from MI being 'losers'?

Michigan sucks all these fuks that say its great are full of shit.Its gloomy 99% of the time.Ill take a video all around and show you.I go to Ann Arbor minimum 4 times a week and its full of asains and indians and the surrounding town ypsilanti is all black.The only nice place are on the Lake Michigan like Grandhaven but any relestate on that lake is extremely expensive $500,000 and up.I highly reccomend never coming to michigan especially n the winter which is about 7 months out of the year.

get to the Upper Peninsula, places like Torch Lake and Mackinac Island every 2-3 years, its absolutely georgeous and great fishing

yeah those are nice places but those arent "Michigan" thats tourists areas and practically impossible to live because of extremely high realestate and 0 jobs that would be able to afford those prices.All those home are rich peoples vacation homes in the summer.most of the population lives in SouthEast Mi its nothing like the lake communites.

theres 3 nice months june/July/August by end of septmember the temps are heade in the low 50s 40s at night and by mid october youll see those temps dip to 25-35.so you got october-april as cold as penetrate weather.Its not until mid april were the weather starts to get back up to the 50s-60s
