Take 2, 3 days off or even a week. Spend that time researching and capping select games (maybe a big Saturday NCAAB card a week or two away). Then hammer all those plays with real confidence when the day comes. You will be pleasantly surprised.

This worked for me 2 months ago when I pissed away 30 units in one weekend on NFL. I took a break, capped the shit outta opening college hoops day and successfully smashed it when the time came.

1986 I wanted a new vehicle really bad which lead me to quit gambling plus cigarette smoking. Wasn't until 2004 I started playing poker and now 2 years ago sports betting.

Find something that you really want maybe even a woman or a hobby to occupy your time. Many states looking for cannibis growers which can pay quite well. Another ideal would be to travel. Put a knapsack on your back or fine a place for a time out.

I gamble alot but never ever deposit finding no need to with so many freebies. Make this your primary rule.
