Pinnacle and Thailand?

I saw you can registered as a resident from Thailand, but I also know gambling is forbidden in Thailand.
So any of you actually is registered as a thai resident and bet at Pinnacle?

I did not register as a Thai resident but just trying to go to the website it comes up as blocked, and a bunch of Thai writing.

I figured out that if you first google pinnacle sports and then click the sign up link through the google search I could get to the site and eventually login.
