Fox is actually a good fit for a team like the Bears.

He will make them competitve atleast for the regular season.

I heard the 49ers want Fox too.

Personally i dont like his coaching style but it is effective. He is very semilar to Jim Tressel with an emphasis on the defense and running game with a bend but dont break , and dont shoot ourself in the foot approach.

I agree. Same goes for that gase idiot in Denver. All these teams just recycle the same coaching names every year.

Thing is though......these nfl owners just want a team that's competitive. As long as they're not getting buried every season and constantly missing playoffs they're happy.
