Yes, it's amazing, one of my philosophies .... When you cross the 3 as an opening line and gets steamed to 6-7 it's almost a guaranteed loss... Probably 80%....

Doubt it's 80%, but I can all but guarantee it's closer to 60% than 50%.

I'm not sure exactly but I always go by the 80/20 rule and its at least two thirds of the time. So many games and rarely do you have a field goal move to a TD cover and when it does it ends badly. Plus books worry about getting middled. Taking favorite -3 then taking plus anything over 4.5. That's why huge line moves work in their favor

I don't know about that. Ark-Texas started out like that and crossed 6-7 and Ark is kicking ass right now. I think this is was a game where OU prolly was the better team but just didn't give a rat's ass about the game and simply didn't show up. Clemson deserves credit, but Oklahoma absolutely tanked that game. That and the Big 12 is not turning out to be very good.

I'm talking specifically from a minus 3 to a 7 . The 3 is the most key number not other moves. You rarely have a -3 get bet to a 6 or 7 and when it does the dog covers most of the time and even wins outright.
